Our Commitment

We want you to be fully satisfied with Wizper. If the Service doesn't work for you, we'll make it right.

Merchant of Record

All payments for Wizper are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. All billing inquiries, refund requests, and order-related questions are handled by Paddle on our behalf. Paddle's name will appear on your bank or card statement.

Free Trial

Wizper offers a free trial period so you can evaluate the Service before committing. We encourage you to use this period fully before subscribing.

Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with Wizper, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Since Paddle is our Merchant of Record, refunds are processed directly by Paddle:

  • Email support@wizper.co and we will initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf, or
  • Contact Paddle directly at paddle.net with your order ID.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after the billing date are not eligible.
  • Accounts found to be abusing the refund policy may be declined at our discretion.
  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After that period, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund unless the request falls within the 30-day window.
